Location & Access

Our event space is located on the first floor of the building.

Step-free access is available throughout the venue, with a lift providing access to all floors.

Please be aware Humber Street itself is cobbled down the centre. Space on either side is to be left by the bars/cafes but please note these occasionally get blocked and you may have to cross on the cobbles.

Entrance

The main entrance is step-free, however the front door is heavy, for events we’ll often have someone in place to welcome on arrival or to pop down as people arrive.

Parking

Our nearest carparks are the multi storey on Blackfriargate (which includes 2 disabled bays on the ground floor) and the short-stay Marina carpark. Info on these can be found here: https://www.fruitmarkethull.co.uk/visit-us/

Toilets

We have gender-neutral toilets including a fully accessible toilet available on the same floor as the event space. The toilet is equipped with handrails, emergency pull cords, and a wide door for wheelchair access.

Lighting

We have fluorescent strip lights in the event space. If you have specific lighting needs, such as low lighting or sensitivity to bright lights, please contact us in advance to discuss adjustments.

Sound levels

Sound levels vary dependent on the event/reason you are attending Juice Studios. If you have specific sound level needs, please contact us in advance to discuss adjustments.

Service Animals

We welcome all service animals.

Water bowls and rest areas for service animals can be arranged on request.

Emergency Exits

We have two designated refuge spaces equipped with communication systems for visitors with mobility impairments. Access to these areas from the event space is step free.

In the event of an evacuation, visitors who cannot use the stairs will be directed to the nearest refuge space, where staff will provide assistance and liaise with emergency services to ensure a safe evacuation.
